Using the iOS Control
The 247connect Control is the tool you use for interacting with Managed and On-demand Agents. It provides access to key remote control features, enabling you to view the end user's screen, start a chat or send messages.
You can access the iOS Control features by opening the iOS Control and signing in to the Web Portal. You can also sign in to the Web Portal in Safari, which launches the iOS Control when needed.
The 247connect iOS Control component must be installed on the user's machine to use these features.
Billing and system theme settings are not available when you open the Web Portal from the iOS Control.
Available features:

View: Remotely view the end user’s screen to assist with troubleshooting or provide support.

Chat: Open a live chat window to communicate directly with the end user.

Send a message: Send quick, one-way messages.
