Control overview

The 247connect Control is an application that enables a secure connection between a user's device and your Agents. Users need to install the Control on their machine to interact with Agents.

247connect provides two Control applications, depending on the device platform:

• Windows Control: for devices running Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 or above.

• iOS Control: for devices running iPadOS 15 or above.
