Using the macOS Control
The 247connect Control is the tool used for interacting with Managed and On-demand Agents. It provides access to key remote control features, enabling you to view the end user's screen, start a chat or send messages.
You can access the macOS Control features by opening the macOS Control and signing in to the Web Portal. You can also sign in to the Web Portal in Safari, which launches the macOS Control when needed.
The 247connect Control component must be installed on the user's machine to use these features.
Billing and system theme settings are not available when you open the Web Portal from the macOS Control.
The macOS Control uses your Mac's system language. Changing the language in the Web Portal does not affect the Control, which opens in the default system language.
Available features:

View: Remotely view the end user’s screen to assist with troubleshooting or provide support.

Chat: Open a live chat window to communicate directly with the end user.

Send a message: Send quick, one-way messages.
