Web Portal version 1.15.0 - 3rd March 2026

What’s new:

  • Added Apple single sign-on for account creation and login.

What’s fixed:

  • The Global Administrator icon now displays correctly on the Users page when the role is assigned to a user group.

  • Resolved an issue where the option to Buy now was shown for users without sufficient permissions.

  • Fixed missing EN-US translations in the Audit log.

  • Resolved an account creation failure when using the single sign-on options.

  • Resolved an issue where the side menu could disappear when a lot of Managed Agents join an account at the same time.

  • Fixed applied to correctly show the licence expiry date highlights, green, amber or red depending on the time remaining.

  • Resolved an issue where the User group option was not shown in the side menu, even with the right permissions.

  • Fixed a confirmation prompt being incorrectly displayed when leaving Account settings when no changes had been made.

What’s new:

  • 247connect now sends automated account expiry email warnings 60 and 30 days before expiry.

  • The side menu now remembers the open or closed state of Device groups between user login sessions.

  • You can now choose the language when sending an on-demand session email.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented a user from creating on-demand sessions after being assigned an On-demand licence.

  • Fixed a bug that duplicated columns on the Managed Agent device details page.

  • Resolved an issue where the product tour did not always display in the correct Web Portal language.

  • Fixed the Reset option in the Audit log to revert to Select all and for items that occurred this week.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the expiry dates on the dashboard from showing the correct colours based on the time remaining until expiry.

Web Portal version 1.13.0 - 3rd December 2025

What’s new:

  • Added device assignment, enabling users to create rules that automatically assign managed devices to device groups.

  • Added two-factor authentication (2FA) to improve the security of local accounts.

  • Added Microsoft integration to provide options for automatically assigning Azure-managed devices to device groups.

  • Renamed 'operators' to 'users' throughout the product.

What’s fixed:

  • Resolved an issue where emails were not being shown in the correct language.

  • Fixed an issue in favourites that prevented users from sorting on the Device name column.

  • The side menu now remains intact when a new device group is created.

  • Improved the performance of bulk-moving devices between unassigned and device groups.

  • Resolved an issue where a user without installer access was incorrectly told they could download.

What’s new:

  • Users with billing permissions can now request their 247connect account, subscription, data and users are deleted.

  • Users within the 247connect account can now request deletion of their own user account. Global Administrators for the account will receive these requests.

  • Added an automatic redirect to the Confirm account registration page.

What’s fixed:

  • Exported PDF and CSV reports are now fully translated in all supported languages.

  • Fixed an error when attempting to bulk delete more than 50 devices.

  • Simplified the process to email an on-demand link during session creation.

  • The Managed device actions pop-out now aligns with the side menu options.

  • Resolved an incorrect number being displayed on the Unassigned devices group after a bulk move of devices.

  • Corrected the US translation of 'customise' when setting the Web Portal to EN-US.

Web Portal version 1.11.0 - 7th October 2025

What’s new:

  • You can add a custom branded logo to 247connect, which displays at Agents.

  • Added the ability to search the list of unassigned devices.

  • You can now create user groups in 247connect, enabling you to assign roles to multiple users at once.

  • Added a user/user group indicator on the Assigned roles screen to show how each user is assigned to a role.

  • Added a step in the role assignment flow to either select users or user groups when assigning roles.

  • You can now see user and user group role assignments on the individual user’s page.

  • The global search now includes user groups.

  • You can now enable device group installers in Account settings. This adds a Device Group ID to the Agent installer, enabling it to automatically assign Managed Agents to a specific device group.

  • 247connect registrations using Microsoft or Google accounts no longer require a confirmation email to create an account.

  • Added the public IP address to Device details.

  • Introduced a new welcome email for all new users.

Windows Control and Agent version 1.03.6.258 - 7th October 2025

What’s new:

  • The session code now automatically populates in the On-demand Agent when downloaded from the On-demand Agent web page.

  • The Windows Control now offers the ability to update to the latest version now, or at the end of an active session.

  • You can now display a custom branded logo on the blank screen view for Windows Agents.

  • The blank screen now shows the custom logo added in the Web Portal.

What’s fixed:

  • Agents now reconnect to the same session if rebooted from within the View window.

  • The Registry Editor bookmark feature now displays correctly in dark mode.

  • Resolved an issue that allowed the Agent user interface to be moved off-screen.

  • The Task Manager now shows indicators for handles correctly.

  • Updated the name of Registry Editor to match the Web Portal interface.

  • Moved the Save and Copy buttons in the Control window when chatting for better alignment with the chat section.

  • The Registry Editor find feature now displays correctly in dark mode.

  • The Windows Managed Agent user interface now only shows if opened from the system tray or if the device group setting is set to show on connection.

  • Control now displays an 'ended' message if the on-demand end user ends a session.
