Web portal version 1.8.0 - 16th July 2025

Audit log now includes an "Object" column to provide more detail to users.
Product feedback can be disabled per account by a NetSupport administrator.
You can now customise the on-demand invite expiry time (in hours).
On-demand sessions screen now updates the on-demand Agent status on the fly.
Real-time updates: users are logged out of the web portal if the account is placed on hold.
Real-time updates: In-session page updates when devices are connected or disconnected.

Fixed an issue where the product tour was not loading correctly. It now only appears for Global Administrators.

You can now connect to and manage Android devices using the new Android Managed Agent for 247connect.

Information banners for expired and suspended accounts are now displayed in the web portal.
Devices moved into Unassigned are now automatically removed from Favourites.
Telephone is no longer a mandatory field when editing user details.
Fixed an issue where breadcrumbs were underlined on the Billing page.

Partner code and details now appear in the web portal.
Added the Microsoft badge to the Device group settings page to reflect which settings the Agent supports.

Updated the text colour for role descriptions to improve accessibility.
Moved the account-level permission hint to the top of the Add role page.
Moved the Managed devices Operator permissions to a separate tab when creating a role.
The Custom Operator display name field now appears below the Operator display name option rather than above it.

You can now use Google SSO to create or sign in to 247connect.
Exported PDFs now include the 247connect logo.
You can re-invite users who were previously invited.
Quick action buttons to connect to machines are now available in the search results.
Right-click quick action options are available for Managed Agents in the Web Portal.
Changes to the friendly name now appear without needing to refresh the page.
Multi-select is now available in the Web Portal for Managed Agents, Users and Roles.
A new product tour has been introduced.
