Using the Control

The 247connect Control is the operator's tool for interacting with Managed and On-demand Agents. It provides access to key remote control features, enabling you to view the user's screen, transfer files, chat and send messages.

Note: The 247connect Control component must be installed on the operator's machine to use these features.

Available features:

  • View an Agent

    Remotely view the user’s screen to assist with troubleshooting or provide support.

  • Transfer files

    Send or receive files between the operator and the user’s device during the session.

  • Chat with an Agent

    Open a live chat window to communicate directly with the user.

  • Send a message

    Send quick, one-way messages.
