Using the Control

The 247connect Control is the operator's tool for interacting with Managed and On-demand Agents. It provides access to key remote support tools, enabling you to view the user's screen, transfer files, chat, send messages, run remote commands and scripts, monitor system activity and edit the Windows registry.

Note: The 247connect Control component must be installed on the operator's machine to use these features.

Available features:

  • View an Agent

    Remotely view the user’s screen to assist with troubleshooting or provide support.

  • Transfer files

    Send or receive files between the operator and the user’s device during the session.

  • Chat with an Agent

    Open a live chat window to communicate directly with the user.

  • Send a message

    Send quick, one-way messages.

  • PowerShell

    Run remote commands and scripts directly on a Windows Agent.

  • Task Manager

    Monitor and manage running applications, processes, services and drivers on a Windows Agent.

  • Registry Editor

    Access and edit the registry on a Windows Agent.
