Profile

From here, you can view and update your personal account details, change your password or log out of 247connect.

Note: Local users can edit their profiles provided the Enable self-service user profile updates is enabled in Settings. If it's not enabled, an operator with the right permissions can update your details in Account > Users.

Access your profile

  1. Click the Profile Blue user profile icon with a circular outline and a person silhouette inside. icon in the top menu.

    Your profile screen shows:

    • Your registered name.

    • Your linked email address.

    • Your contact number.

Edit your details

  1. Click the Edit Orange pencil in a square.icon.

  2. Make the required changes.

  3. Click Save.

Change your password

  1. Click Change password.

  2. On the Forgotten your password page, enter your email address and click Reset password.

  3. Open the password reset email and click the link.

  4. On the Reset password page, enter and confirm your new password.

  5. Click Set password to save your changes.

Log out

  1. Click Log out.

  2. You are now signed out of 247connect.
