Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an overview of your 247connect account, including licence usage, account management and quick access to key features and the Information Hub.

When you log in, the dashboard displays:

  • A welcome message with steps to help get you started.

  • Your Managed Agent and On-demand Operator licence usage and expiry dates.

  • Quick access tiles for resources, account settings and feedback.

Quick start

  1. Install Managed Agents

    Download and install the Managed Agent on the managed devices you want to monitor and support.

  2. Invite users and assign Operator licences

    Add team members to your account and assign them Operator licences.

  3. Create and assign roles

    Set up custom roles with specific permissions to control access across your organisation.

  4. Configure settings

    Adjust your key account preferences.

Note: To enable the On-demand feature, you must assign an On-demand Operator licence in Accounts > Users.
