The 247connect platform includes several key components that work together to enable secure remote access and management.

247connect web portal

The web portal is the web-based access point where users log in. Administrators use it to configure and manage 247connect settings, while operators can use it to start remote control sessions and manage devices.

247connect Control

The Control is a locally installed application used to perform remote control sessions. It must be installed on the operator's device. It allows interaction with devices running the Agent software.

247connect Agent

The Agent is installed on the device that needs to be accessed or managed remotely. There are two types:

Managed Agent: Permanently installed on devices that require ongoing access for remote management tasks.

On-demand Agent: Temporarily installed on devices for the duration of a remote control session. Ideal for ad hoc support.
