Create your account

You can create a 247connect account using your email address or by signing in with your Microsoft or Google credentials. The first person to register for an organisation becomes the Global Administrator. This role gives you full access to 247connect and you can create and manage user accounts.

Create an administrator account

  1. Go to www.247connect.cloud and click Sign up.

  2. Enter your email address and click Sign up.

    Note: To register with your Microsoft or Google account, click Sign up with Google Google "G" logo icon on a dark background. or Sign up with Microsoft Microsoft logo.

    247connect create an account page. The form asks for organisation details (organisation name, organisation country, data region) and user details (first name, last name, email address, password, confirm password). There is a checkbox to opt in for product offers and updates. Buttons include Register and a link to Log in here.

  3. Enter your organisation and personal details.

    Note: Enter the data region to store your data. This is usually the region closest to your location.

  4. Set your password.

    Note: Please read our terms of service before proceeding.

  5. Click Register.

  6. You'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email within three days to complete your registration.

    Note: If you register with a Google or Microsoft account, you don't need to verify your email to complete registration.

  7. Your Global Administrator account is now active and you can sign in to 247connect.

Notes:

  • The 14-day trial includes licences for 2 On-demand Operators and 10 Managed Agents.

  • You don't need to create users or roles during a trial, but you must set them up after purchase.

Create a user account

If you're joining an existing account, ask your administrator to send you an invitation.

  1. Open your invitation email and click the confirmation link.

  2. Enter your details and create a password.

  3. Click Register.

You'll be redirected to the login page and can now sign in to the 247connect Web Portal.
